Returning the body to a natural state of health and ease is accomplished through the practice of postures (asanas), breath technology (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation. Yoga influences all the organ systems of the body by bringing it to homeostasis, a state where the body can heal itself.  Anyone can practice Yoga so long as you honor your body and not move into pain. I am so honored and grateful to share this 5,000 year old system of wellness. Uniting body, mind, and spirit to create peace within and a peaceful world.
